Serendipity Nail Lacquer - Coastal Christmas Collection Swatches And Review

PRESS SAMPLE
Merry Christmas lovelies!!
Today I have swatches of Serendipity Nail Polish Coastal Christmas Collection to share with you. Since its quite late here and it's already 25th, I will be wrapping this post short.

Serendipity Nail Polish is a new Indie polish brand which came out with its first collection this December and it's named as Coastal Christmas Collection consisting of 3 cremes, 1 chunky glitter, and 1 holographic micro glitter. Serendipity Nail Polish is 5 free, vegan and cruelty-free.

Let's begin with the swatches now shall we?

Peace Love & Sandy Feet - A gorgeous peachy nude creme. The formula was smooth and the application was easy, the only thing that bothers me is to use 3 coats for the full opacity, other than that it's a perfect nude. Shown here is 3 thin coats with Finishing touch top coat.

Pink Poinsettia - A lovely barbie pink creme. The formula was smooth again. It gets opaque in 2 easy coats which is good. All the barbie pink lovers most certainly need this in their stash. Shown here is 2 thin coats with Finishing touch top coat.

Big Red Bow - A stunning blood red creme. This red is a dream come true for me because I love red polishes, but the only thing that bothers me with reds are that they stain and need 2 coats or more usually, but this one here is a miracle indeed because it only needs one single coat to be fully opaque and it didn't stain as well, at least not on my nails. Shown here is 1 thin coat with Finishing touch top coat.

Starfish Tree Topper - A beautiful metallic gold with silver glitters in it. This is very new and unique kind of textured polish in my stash. The application and formula didn't bother me at all considering the fact that it's full of tiny glitters. Shown here is 2 thin coats with Finishing touch top coat.

Holo- Day Lights - A marvelous silver micro glitter holographic polish in a clear base. It's not a unique holo for my collection, but it's definitely the prettiest one among the others I have similar to this. It can be opaque with 3 easy coats or you can use the sponging method for full coverage. It's a stunning holo but unfortunately, I couldn't capture its real beauty with my camera. Shown here is 1 coat of dabbing with the sponge plus Finishing touch top coat.

Overall I loved this collection entirely, the colors are all season colors so you don't have to wait till next holiday to use them again :D The formula is outstanding in these despite the fact that it's just their first collection. Can't wait to see what they create in thier next collection. My top picks are Big Red Bow and Holo- Day Lights.

** With every order you make you get their stunningly fast drying "Finishing Touch" Top coat for free which is so awesome right!!**

You can get this collection at Serendipity Nail Polish online shop.

Without further ado lets begin with the swatches!

Ho Ho Ho-Lo -  A stunning red jelly with silver holographic micro glitters in it. I just love the red color and when it comes with holo glitters in it, it feels like treasure on my nails! I said it in my previous post as well  that I am not a fan of green, but this girl is changing her mind now, it's all because of how beautiful Lexi makes the green to look. It's all your fault Lexi!!:D.Shown here is 2 thin coat wth top coat.

Blinded By Bubbly -  A champagne gold holographic micro-glitter in a clear base. The glitters spread very easily to the entire nail. it was almost opaque in 2 coats but because I saw some spots left unfilled, I went with 3. This name suits this polish so well, my camera did go blind seeing its holo glory. I love it!! Even with low lighting, this beauty is so sparkly. Shown here is 3 thin coat wth top coat.

Painted Polish The cozy collection

The Cozy Collection consists of 3 cremes and 4 full coverage micro glitter shades. Many of you must be knowing that Painted Polish  owner Lexi is queen of stunning micro glitters but, this time, she created 3 cremes as well which are outstanding!!
Let's look at the pretty cremes first!

Mulled Wine By Moonlight - Its a gorgeous deep berry red creme. The formula was fantastic in this, it applied like a dream! No staining on the nail either. This one is my favorite cream out of the 3 because of its gorgeous formula and color. Shown here is 2 thin coats with a Top coat.

Lumber Jacked - A lovely dark brown holographic polish in a brown jelly base. Although it's a micro glitter, it got opaque in just 2 easy peasy coats which are very rare for micro glitters. The glitters were evenly spread and the formula was just perfect. Shown here is 2 thin coats with a Top coat.

Holo Harvest - A stunning gold micro holographic glitter in a clear base. The formula was stunning in it as well, but the perfect opacity needed at least 3 coats for me, but again not something I worry about when the polish is damn beautiful like this one. This one is indeed my favorite out of both the micro glitters I got. Shown here is 3 thin coats with a Top coat.

Halcyon (LE)- A stunning rose gold lacquer made with pure silver coated micro flakes. the flake in it was a mix of silver as well as rose gold color. The flakes lie flat against the nail causing no problem of flakes sitting up. Amazing formula despite the fact that it's basically just flakes in this polish. Well beautiful flakes:) It reflects so much light just like the next one, so it was really hard to capture the color perfectly, but somehow I managed. Shown here is 2 thin coats without any top coat.

Reflektor(LE) - An outstanding platinum silver lacquer made with pure silver coated micro flakes. It was super highly reflective that it was almost impossible to get a picture without having lights getting reflected from my nails. It has been named perfectly. I loved the formula of this one too because of how smooth was its application. It gets opaque in just 2 easy coats. Unbelievable right!? It's true girls!! Shown here is 2 thin coats without any top coat.

Hey, Lovelies!
Today I have some Takko Lacquer swatches to share with you. They are from different collections, 3 from the recent Fall collection 2015, 1 from the Summer 2015 collection, 1 from the Cosmoprof collection and the remaining 1 was created for the brands 3rd birthday.

Takko Lacquer Swatches

When Sheryl, the creative Fairy behind this brand asked me if I would like to swatch few Takko's, I instantly said 'Yes', because hey nobody can say No to the Takkitos. All these polishes had amazing smooth formula despite the fact that they all are of different kinds.
Let's now waste any more time and jump to the swatches. Shall we?

Matcha Latte - A gorgeous Jade shimmery polish with slight pinkish purple shimmer in it. It's from the Fall collection 2015. I am not a big fan of shimmer polishes, but this one was something! It hooked me up straight the moment I laid my eyes on it for the first time. Shown here is 2 coats(1 thin+ 1 thick) plus Top coat.

Rhinestone Eyes - A lovely rosy nude polish with actual silver flakes in it. It's from the Fall collection 2015. Adding the silver dust in the neutral shade like this can only be imagined by the genius minds like of Sheryl and she did a wonderful job creating this. Such a perfect shade for all year long. Shown here is 2 thin coats plus Top coat.

Filthy Rich - A stunning black jelly base filled with medium sized gold flakes. It's from the Fall collection 2015. Black and gold are my all time favorite combo, so when I applied this polish, all I said was 'WOW'. The formula in it was a bit thin as compared to other ones but since it's a jelly that's how it should look. Glitters spread evenly on the nail without any fuss. Shown here is 2 coats plus Top coat.

Overall I loved these Takkitos very much, considering amazing formula, gorgeous finish and textured, stunning colors and off course the wide brush with short brush stem which makes painting the nails super easy. If I have top select one as mu favourite, it definitely is Kitsch because I love pink and Holo!!
